Bella Collina can host anywhere from an intimate gathering of 50 guests to a full celebration with up to 300 people. The Grand Lawn is the signature outdoor space, an open expanse framed by ivy-covered stone and panoramic views that can accommodate up to 300 guests for a ceremony or reception. The Grand Ballroom is the primary indoor venue, with floor-to-ceiling windows, crystal chandeliers, and a generous dance floor for up to 250 guests.

The Ballroom Veranda is a strong choice for outdoor ceremonies of 170 guests or fewer, and the Clubhouse offers indoor options with sweeping views of the golf course for groups of up to 200. Power access is reliable across all indoor spaces. Outdoor setups on the Grand Lawn sometimes require longer cable runs, and I plan for that in advance so there are no delays on the day of your wedding. Load-in and setup access is through designated service areas, and I coordinate logistics with the Bella Collina team ahead of time.
