Is Chuck Johnson available on my date?

Maybe. Maybe not. I book one wedding per day, and my Saturdays in peak season (March, April, October, November) fill up fast. The only way to find out is to check. Send me a note through the contact page or call 407-296-4996. I usually reply within a few hours, unless I’m at a wedding, which I probably am.

Does Chuck personally DJ every wedding, or is it a bait and switch?

I personally DJ and MC every wedding on my calendar. That is the entire business. When you book Classic Disc Jockeys, you get me. Not a name on a website and a stranger at your reception. I’m aware this is an oddly controversial stance in the DJ industry, and I intend to keep being odd about it.

What makes Chuck different from other Orlando wedding DJs?

Three things, mostly. First, I’ve done this 2,000+ times, so very little at a wedding surprises me anymore. Second, I’m one of about 10 DJs Disney will let anywhere near their Fairytale Weddings program, which took years of paperwork and a lot of not screwing up. Third, I list my prices on my website, which is apparently still considered a bold move in this industry.

How much experience does Chuck have?

More than 15 years and 2,000+ weddings, which works out to roughly one a weekend for a decade and a half. I’ve also been featured on Disney+ and inducted into The Knot Hall of Fame. But the honest answer to how much experience I have is that whatever weird thing is about to happen at your reception, I’ve already seen it, and I already know how to handle it.

Is Chuck approved by Disney?

Yes. I’m one of the few DJs on Walt Disney World’s official Disney Fairytale Weddings approved vendor list. Disney does not hand these out in cereal boxes. Pricing for Disney venue weddings is separate from my standard packages and is provided directly by Disney as part of your event.

Does Chuck travel for destination weddings?

Yes. Central Florida is my home turf, but I’ll travel anywhere in the U.S. for the right wedding. Custom quote on request. I’ll leave my home state for basically any reason that involves a couple having a good time.
